As a family, we have made the decision to relocate soothingspotspa to an online only store. We assure you we are not closing, just taking a new direction. Our last day of trade in our Bath Lane will now be 19/04/24 (previously 23rd april) before we move online as we will have sold through most of our stock in store so we will transition a little earlier.

GIFT VOUCHERS & CREDIT NOTES:

We invite all customers with valid Gift Vouchers or Store Credit Notes to pop in store and use them before we relocated online. If you are unable to come in before we relocate or don’t find anything you want to purchase yet please contact us with your Gift Voucher details or Credit Note details (via DM or [email protected]) and we will pop it online for you to use.  

Please do not ask for refund on a Gift Voucher or Store Credit Note as the answer will be no. They can be transferred online for you to use. 

TO RETURN A FULL PRICED PURCHASE FROM THE 23/04/24 FOR A STORE CREDIT NOTE or EXCHANGE PLEASE USE THE METHODS ABOVE TO ORGANISE. SALE/DISCOUNTED/REDUCED ITEMS ARE EXCLUDED. THIS MUST BE DONE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE.
